The determined and entrepreneurial owner of SecureSight, a UK-based brand of innovative video and security products, faced nothing but nightmares during the first 3 years of sourcing and developing products in China. He wanted to leverage local Chinese design and engineering expertise, but wasn’t tuned into how to work with the locals, nor did he have anyone receptive to his outcries of frustration.
