Quality Control starts at the production planning stage and is the most important element of the manufacturing process.
Good manufacturers have strong quality control systems in place, but even the best manufacturers can benefit from a subjective second opinion.
SZCEIT’s Quality Control department has a detailed 6 stage inspection process during key points of a production to ensure that potential problems are exposed at the earliest stage possible and reconciled when found. Quality Control protocols are created from a combination of industry standards, factory input, and (most importantly) client input. SZCEIT’s in-house team of full time quality inspectors are ethical, dedicated, and incredibly detail oriented when it comes to product quality.
